As a member for over 26 years or more. We have Never complained or bothered this company which was started by family members. During the Ice storm, we cleared our half mile line. Wkrecc stated they cleared it. Do not lie! Two years later, we called to clean up the line. They came finally job well done.
LAST YEAR 2022. We called in for tree removal. Wkyrecc stated they'd come as soon as possible. One year later, still a no show. One tree fell on the powerline. Took 4 days to cut it off and they left the tree all over the yard. This tree cause an electric pole to Crack. if it breaks, which is any time soon. It will rip out the power head and mess up the Garage, etc. Called this in still a no show. Last week came home to find WKrecc finally removing 3 of the dead trees reported a year ago on the ground. They left it all on my yard and neighbors yard. Tree removal Coast 1400. dollars. Who do I send this bill to? Never seen such sloppy work. Have pictures to prove it and neighbor paid also, to have his tree removed also.
Exactly why are you doing this ? We as customers for 26 to 30 years have always been faithful to you. What gives. I have paid 100. dollars for right of wayclearing.
Called yesterday for red flagged poles. Still work order not done.....Are we doing something wrong or is everyone on vacation for the last year. Just checking. First time on your website and last. Can't afford any future bills, until someone pays 1400. for your service not rendered. Please do your job completely and please communicate with your old clients. You are still in business because we cared. Do you? Will patiently wait. If no response I will have to contact a lawyer. I do not appreciate breaches of contracts or being put aside for years. We are customers, people, elders, and don't forget the people who started this company known as West Kentucky Rural Electric Coop.
Please no more run around on the phone. Get the job done. Thank you for helping everyone else.

You guys were amazing today. A tree was annihilated today in my front yard. It took out power lines and laid across the entire yard and drive way. Not only did your crew arrive quickly and get to business, they also cleared my driveway so we can still get in and out. Those gentleman worked fast and hard and did a wonderful job!

I have pay as you go and it seems like every day they're just charging me for something else there's a light pole outside that I don't choose to be there but do I have to pay for it because they say so yes and do they get to fluctuate my bill every week yes they do so no I'm going to give you one star because this place doesn't really care

I've had my power go out more often in the last 2 years, than the last 20 combined with other companies. We've had thousands of dollars of equipment fried from the power surges. Not to mention the extreme rates of power for the lackluster service

The people are nice but from 01/24/21 - 2/22/21 my bill was $193 and that was keeping it set on 63 in a two bed trailer (yes i know not great insulation) but its NEVER been this much. These are some money hungry people and I don't know how anyone can afford this. They charge a $30 fee before using any electric, so your bill is already $30 more than what youre using. SO sad.

Why does the power keep going out for hours at a time when there is no storm, no wind, and no accidents? I feel like they should have to pay for my items that get fried from a power surge with how often this is happening.

Over twice as much this month and I burn wood also ! Something is wrong with this picture but you have to pay it (Whatcha gonna do .... call the Governor). SUCKS !
