I took my dog to Veterinary Medical Center because Murray Animal Hospital had my dog on the wrong medicine (Theophyline) for congested heart failure and she was still hacking. VMC put my dog on Enacard and Salix, which seem to work (I had to increase the dosage from 1/2 a pill 2 times a day, to 1 pill two times a day). However, the medicine was doing its Job. We had a follow up appointment (I was unaware or forgot about) a week later. Nobody called me from VMC to remind me about the appointment and nobody called me for days after I missed it. Hell, they didn't even call for a follow up on the dog, even with the prescribed medicine lowering the dogs blood pressure. I gave Murray Animal Hospital almost 500 dollars to have no answers and ran out of money. What little I have let was going to refill my dogs medicine at VMC, but when my dog ran out of medicine, they wouldn't refill it or release permission to Murray Animal Hospital to refill, either. They wanted me to pay another examination fee before they refilled the medicine? I argued with them for a bit before hanging up, money hungry
