The man is rude who answered, and he hung up in my face. I was trying to place an order and he slammed the phone down so hard in my ears. I guess he did not want to service people like me. I am very sad but went ahead and ordered my shingles from Menards instead. They got my purchase and this place missed out on the big sale.
