Swung by at 6:30pm to find the store completely empty, lights off, and doors locked on Saturday. Maybe change the closing hours to “whenever”.

Traveling several states away, and phone died. Tried for repair, no luck. I was sent over to Chloe's store and I was blessed to meet Chloe.
Kind, smart, PATIENT with some guy from out of town that broke his phone and didn't have much of an idea what to do.
Can't say enough appreciation for the long time Chloe spent with me as she went through options, looked through inventories, pulled some stuff off the shelf then put others back on the shelf...
I genuinely hope that management at her store understands the jewel of a team mate they have in Chloe.

Love the people but they don’t actually ever open at ten. Kinda sucks driving all the way here and then not being open. Waste of time :(

Took my phone in for a trade in and associate could not figure it out. She instructed me to go to the Apple Store to solve the problem. I was no t confident in her instructions so I went to the Highland Heights store and they were able complete the transaction. Will not return to Newport again.

Thank you Chloe B. at the Newport Pavilion store for excellent customer service! She was not only attentive, friendly, and patient, she showed a great willingness to problem solve. ( couple swapping phones 13 Pro/Plus <=> 15 Plus)

recently added 2 phones, store added auto upgrade fee and insurance fee without my knowledge. Also, false advertising on phone charges. Supposedly $10/month x 36 months for iPhone 14s, bill is double that. stay away
