Great customer service and well-maintained units. Being a Contractor without a garage at home, I need a place to storage my equipment long-term. I have to say that I was not informed and I didn’t see it posted anywhere that my rent would increase after an apparent introductory rate. After my third month I received a notice that my rent was going up over $40/month. Now $255/month for drive up, not climate controlled. Market rate is $170-190. Lost a customer in that practice.
