Most sneakers are missing prices. It's just a giant shelf of boxes with maybe 1/3 of the shoes on display. I understand they are under construction, but it looks like a random discount shoe store right now... not the kinda place you buy $200 sneakers.
Employees were not available to help pull sizes that weren't on the floor. They couldn't be bothered to help.
According to their website, this location has way more sneakers in stock than what is on the floor, but I spent 20 minutes trying on shoes and no employees could be bothered to help or even ask if I need other colors or sizes.

Kaitlyn Crabtree was awesome! I was overwhelmed after a long day at work to have to then look for soccer cleats for my daughter’s first practice that is 2 days away . Kaitlyn could have just pointed me in the right direction but instead she took the time to use her snazzy device to tell me the price of the cleats in my daughter’s size . I appreciate that she took the time to do that ! Thanks Kaitlyn!

1/25/24 1055hrs. evidently private citizens are allowed to train dogs at this location as I witnessed a guy doing just that. Not purchasing anything, not service animals, just doing his own private thing with dogs and not a work from management. Obnoxious

I do not like making negative reviews, but my experience shopping here has never been a great one when it relates to the lack of quality customer service. I believe that when a bad review is warranted, it should be shared with others.
This store has a horrible vibe, no greetings upon entering or even eye contact from the lady who opened my fitting room for me.
I understand having a bad day. I can manifest a few myself, but I hope that upon reading this review, management can form a team together. Im half tempted to not return for in-store shopping in the future.
Hopefully, for the future of those who work here and for the very few stores left in the Newport area, this place can pull it together to provide better customer service to their community.
For the price of goods sold here, I'd rate my experience at this store with 3 stars.

They had sports stuff, all kinds of stuff.... On a Sunday evening, the staff was kinda no where to be found.- the store was clean, well organized- restrooms, very clean & smelled nice.- I would return & most likely will for my future sporting needs

How is this place still open for business? Went there to look for some boots for work. place was a mess disorganized very low selection no prices on anything, no one around to help. Spent money elsewhere.

Wanted help to buy a chair. None were priced. I went to the service desk and was told no one could help me. I left and went elsewhere to spend my money. This isn’t the first time I left there unhappy. I won’t be back.
