Ethos Labs said that there was insufficient urine in the cup to do tests; however, I handed in a cup that was almost full to the brim. Why did they say there was not enough urine in the cup when it was full?I wrote Ethos about this, but they did not reply--not businesslike of them.Earlier, Ethos Labs received my urine specimen and reported back that I had taken narcotics. I then went to a different lab whose tests showed nothing amiss, and whose results disagreed sharply with those of Ethos Labs. They even included tests going back years. There was no apology from Ethos Labs for their incompetence.

This laboratory is a joke. Run by incompetent dishonest liars. We used them in our family practice office. Their salesman said they would do our blood tests, urine drug screens, and more. They told us they were in network with all of our patients’ health insurance plans. They claimed lab results would be returned in 24-36 hours. All of this were lies. They did our blood for about a month then our salesman told us it was going to go to LabCorp but they’d still collect it. Then he came back and said they didn’t have an arrangement with LabCorp and we had two days to find a new lab for our blood patients as they would no longer be taking our blood. A week later this salesman came and told us Ethos Lab was going to drop our practice because they’re not in network with any of our patients’ insurance and they weren’t making money! This is after we put up with waiting weeks for most test results to come back on simple drug tests. We tried calling them many times never talked to a person and always had to leave a voicemail. No one called back. Ever. I suggest you look elsewhere for lab services. We just switched to a local laboratory last week. Completely different experience. Results are actually sent to our providers in 24 hours or less. In network with everyone. We’d never use this company again. The worst service we ever had.

I've had the pleasure of partnering with Ethos as a business partner and I have nothing but great things to say about the team and organization.Their 30,000 sq foot facility has state of the art equipment. Their people are friendly and great to work with. They provide a one of a kind experience.Their mission to help more people is not just a slogan on a wall. Every person I met at this organization embodies this mission and goes above and beyond to achieve it.

I wasted 2 months of Medicare benefits getting the COVID tests by mail from Ethos. The results could not even be seen on the test card. They are not trustworthy nor viable tests. I stopped my mail order account. And recommend others do the same.

I went to this lab for a covid test for a trip to Europe the day before we were to fly. Their tester said my wife and I were covid positive. We went to St. Elizabeths the next day (after we missed our flight and forfeited our hotels we paid for) and were told that we were both negative. Avoid this place like the plague because you might end up with it.

After waiting for the Covid tests you were providing through Medicare, they were all expired tests. And I could no longer sign into my medicare account after your lab accessed my info. Reported

I am still waiting for a call back from a supervisor named Janie. I was told that I would get a discount if I paid my bills in full. Ethos would adjust the balance of my invoices at the time I made the payment. I wanted that in writing as I do not trust the medical cartel. I asked for an email. It is odd how they do not want to put anything in writing. If I do not receive my request call from an administrator I will file a complaint with the Office of the Inspector General.

One of your employees, Julie Khmelchenko, the Texas regional representative, was being overly pushy toward our front desk worker, and did not leave the office after being asked and being informed that we are short staffed and busy. Our practice is a psychiatry office, however the labs being marketed to our practice were for pain management. Your employee was informed our office does not do in house lab testing, nor do we have the means to collect in house specimens. After being informed of this, she continued to try to explain to us why we should consider using your lab, of which we already explained to her is of no use to our practice. Please educate your employees about proper office etiquette. Being pushy is unprofessional, and not respecting the boundaries of the offices your employees visit is a quick way to ensure your representatives are not welcome for future visits.

Not sure why they call it a Covid Rapid Test if it takes over 24hrs to get results back. Seems counterproductive! Next time I will avoid the long line and go to my family doctor where I can get results sooner..... Edited to give 3 stars for fast email support. I emailed them next day and got a quick response with my results.

We were told we would receive our test results in 24 to 48 hours. It's been over 96 hours and still nothing. I have called, emailed, and messaged on Facebook, every email and number I can find. I've had people respond and say they will help and then nothing. I assume they lost my son's test and don't want to say that. Terrible experience.

I took my parents today at 5:10 pm to take their COVID booster. There was only one nurse doing Covid tests and vaccinating people. We waited and we understood she was busy. She came with two injections and gave my mom the first one. When she came to my dad, she injected him with the same syringe she used with my mom! She said “oops I almost gave him the same shot and laughed” When we came home he had the two bleeding marks! It would have been terrible if it would have been from a stranger!

I worked for the company during their beginning stages of the test to stay program. To say the least, it was a very unprofessional, toxic, work environment. Team leads gossiped about their subordinates and shared very personal information (mistakenly) to a group chat that all collectors used daily that was supposed to be for “company use” only. I have been in the medical field for 10 years now and never have I worked in such an inexperienced environment. I worked along side others that had zero to little “medical experience or credentials. Staff comes up with new rules if/when things doesn’t go there way. I eventually resigned, this experience overall was so horrible that I refuse to list them on my current resume. I’ll take a chance on leaving my resume with a gap. However, I do wish them nothing but success.

Awful process to view COVID test results from drive-up service. Registration for the appt was simple but also requires a painful and clunky registration process to view results. Information on file was incorrect which prevented me from viewing the results.Update: Despite the bad process to view the results, I emailed the support email and they resolved the issue within 30 mins and I was able to view the results.

My daughter was super anxious about getting her second Covid vaccine and Tina, the nurse was just great. The process was so easy to schedule and we were able to get in right away. Parking and sign-in were very easy, and I was able to enter my insurance information. The building was clean and nice, and everyone was so kind. Tina eased my daughter’s anxiety and did the vaccine quickly without any issues. This is a great place for testing, vaccines, and I feel confident in their ability. Thank you so much!
