Absolutely the filthiest place and the manager didn't bother to let me know they didn't do my oil change. I saw it on my digital receipt when I got home.

Poor customer service. Brought my car in for my appointment at 9:45am and they said it'd be ready by the afternoon, and instead it sat there for hours untouched!!! By 6pm I had got my keys from them and left, apparently they were short 3 techs. That would have been nice to know in the first place instead of making promises they cannot keep. 5:40pm =/= "afternoon"

they were very polite and respectful. I want to say Chris and Kristan the manager and an the employee at the Newport ky location was extremely helpful and was very honest about what my car needed and I know a lot about cars the only reason I use Firestone is because of installing tires and doing my alignment, which I obviously can’t do at home or in my garage. So the amount of respect I have for Firestone is astonishing. Thanks Firestone Sincerely Jeremy Cantrell

I just had a great experience working with Jonathan the service manager (and a tech named Conner I believe). I had an issue where a quick oil change place stripped 2 of my locking nuts, and Jonathan was able to fit me in immediately the day before the holiday and get those stripped nuts off so I didn't have to worry about them. Thanks Jonathan!

We were out of town and we needed our car looked at and they were truly amazing! They got us in right away and looked at our car! Luckily there were no issues! What great customer service! We highly recommend!

I’ve recently moved from Ohio to Kentucky and have ALWAYS gone to Firestone for my oil changes. Booked an appointment, got there and the place was gross, I guess the ones I’ve been to in the past cared about their stores vs google reviews. I don’t know who the man was that I spoke with but he was BEYOND rude. Asking customer after customer to give him a 5 star review. He was rude to a couple other people that came in. If I could give no stars, I would.

Went in today because I needed my tire plugged. They were so busy that I thought ll hope was lost but Jonathan (the service manager) squeezed me in and saved the day! Thank goodness because as a single mother I have a hectic schedule. This has been and will continue to be my go to spot. They are always flexible with my schedule, respectful, and honest.

I have been here quite a few times and every time I go to another shop because I think I’m getting a deal, I end up back here getting it fixed. They’re honest, they’re trustworthy. They’re the guys you send your teenage daughter to when you’re hoping someone will actually take care of her and not take advantage of her because 90% of the shops out there are jerks. They’ll always try to make time for a true emergency, but that also means that sometimes you’re going to wait a day or two for an appointment, Karen’s beware. I’m sorry, when they do good work, and that’s rare in a city where most of the shops are driving up rates and no one will cut you a break when you need one, these guys are the real deal. They’re also going to get real when something needs doing. If they’re adding on a high service item to your bill, it’s because it needs doing. The front service desk kid is a sweetie, always has a smile. The service manager is always friendly, his name is Jonathan burgman. Had to bring my car into the shop one week three times (my own doing, I promise), they were so kind and helpful and emotionally supportive. Seriously, I love these guys. I’d recommend them to almost anyone looking for honesty in this industry.

Much better than other Firestones in the area - work is quickly done, issues are identified and I was called immediately with options, and repairs happened same day. Really appreciate the level of service, especially compared to other Firestones in the area.
