I had a great experience at Hilltop! The place was spotless, and you can tell they take pride in keeping it clean and well-maintained. The machines were in great condition, and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean and comfortable laundromat!

Went to hilltop to do laundry while I was doing laundry the police from fort Thomas pulled into the parking lot and randomly decided to run my tags along with everybody else. And I was approached uncomfortably by the police department inside the laundry mat on a private lot while I was doing my laundry for my family this is unacceptable I will be bringing awareness to this issue apparently you can just be harassed by police just for doing 🧺

I live in Cincinnati, but, come to Newport to do my laundry. This place appears to have recently been updated, machines are always up (except for one, that keeps going down, but finally fixed), vending machine, security cameras, two change machines, each machine has a credit card machine, and they also have an app that you can see what wash machines and dryers are in use, or available, and time remaining, plus you can use your phone to add time (money to the machine). So, if you are like me, I stay on site for my washer, but go to like Walgreens, or do something small while my stuff is drying and come back right before my dryer is done. - if you use the app to pay/put time on the machine, the app will send you a notification about the remaining time.
All and all, I really like the place, it's clean and well kept. I just think they need two more 80lbs wash machines, which is really my only complaint. I never had any issues with other customers, everyone stays to themselves, and most people sit in their cars to pass the time. *Occasionally, you have a customer, acting entitled and not observe the first-come-first-serve rule, but only encountered this twice in the year and a half, going to this Laundromat.

This laundromat is deep cleaned regularly and the owners are very hands on. Great place to visit.

Very clean and easy to use. All the machines work great and they take card!! Everyone inside was very friendly.

The place is incredibly clean. They are painting and doing alot of updating on everything. I definitely would recommend them. The owners are incredibly wonderful people and will always listen to your ideas.

The new owners have completely redone the floors, updated the bathroom, put in more and newer washers and dryers. I kinda hope they'll put in those outlets with the USB ports since they offer free WiFi.

Very clean, all machines appeared to be working, and were up-to-date. There was a mounted TV, a machine with laundry products in case you forgot your own. There was also a snack machine.I hadn't been to a laundromat in over a decade, and was happy to see that the machines would also take a credit card.Very clean premises and equipment made the chore of doing laundry relaxing. I highly recommend Hilltop Laundromat.
