Just changed whole family over to a new pharmacy. Always a 30 min or longer wait just to find out meds not even ready. This use to be very convenient to pick up a few things from Kroger with the meds. Needless to say it's no longer convenient. Also agree with others. Staff is very rude and obviously don't understand our frustrations.

I always liked this store but had issues today. While the pharmacist was very helpful the staff in pharmacy was not. I live 30 minutes from this store and was picking up medications for my son who was released from the hospital today. I called before driving there to see if they were ready. I was told there were 4 total prescriptions but 1 would not be ready until the next day. I asked if I could get it from another location and was told I could call around and have the pharmacy call them. I asked the name of the missing medication when I arrived and was told I could not get that information as I was not the patient. I asked how I could call around if I didn't know the name of the med? I asked for the pharmacist. Long story short there were 8 medications and all were in store. Has I not been insistent I would have had another trip tomorrow and my son who is very ill would have missed some meds.

Most employees are rude and don't want to be there. I had one lady that as yelling at me. I asked her not to and she just got louder. I don't know how someone like that hangs onto their job. Also, they consistently get my Rx's wrong. One lady tried to blame it on me saying that I should check if they are correct before picking them up. I said that I did - it was correct on the website. Is it really the job of the customer to make sure that they are filling the Rx's correctly? Yes, I can understand double checking if they are correct when you pick up, but they constantly make mistakes.

Not sure what changed in the past month but I will no longer be picking up meds here!! Went to pick up my wife’s meds, techs were very rude! I couldn’t find the little blonde girl that usually waits on me, And of course no one knew how to bill my discount card. I asked where the blonde girl was, they said very rudely “she don’t work here anymore”! I said the only thing I could say. “ I can tell”. I won’t be back!

Over charged me for my on sale coke 12 pks. Yes I put in my card. Only got my money back after going to the office to complain. Cashier couldn't help me. No explanation. No one from corporate would talk to me about it. How many people didn't notice that week and didn't get their money back? No it wasn't a digital coupon either. Buy 2 get 2 free said the sign. Multiple displays up around store. Yes it was within the dates posted on the signs. Be careful.

Pharmacy routinely messes up billing, shelf life, and phone inquiries. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! CVS inside of Target has not had any of these issues for me. Been on hold and hung up on now for 55 minutes.

If you want to be heckled at the front door - go here. But I can tell you there are plenty of other grocery stores in the area I don't need to come here. They have these internet service providers that post up at the front door. Quite frankly? I came to get groceries and don't owe them a lick of my time. I enter the door and immediately start to peel right to the pharmacy... I'm probably 20-30ft away from them. He shouts "hi there!" Across the store. I don't acknowledge (because I'm really far away and I don't intend to get sucked into their spiel) and he immediately shouts "Oh you don't even smile???" Rude and unnecessary and unprofessional. I don't owe them anything and for him to shout that in front of everyone coming in is just embarassing and inappropriate. I didn't ask for that. That's the kind of shit dudes on the street say to you while you're walking into a gas station alone at night. I was angry enough I almost asked for a manager but I don't owe this kroger anything either. Level up

Sarah the pharmacy tech was very helpful with transferring a prescription from another store, and was able to get it filled MUCH faster than I thought they could.

This pharmacy is a really good pharmacy. Some tips for you guys, that don’t seem to understand.Mondays are the busiest days, and people seem to complain a lot about it. Monday is the busiest day due to the doctors offices reopening and individuals wanting their refills. Mondays are the worst time to come to the pharmacy due to that reason. large crowds.Lunch is 1 to 1:30. this is the only break the workers get. i understand it’s frustrating at times but when working 8-10 hour shifts that break is crucial. the workers have no control over that, it’s policy. so just keep that in mind.as for rudeness, 99.9% of the time workers there are kind and not rude. usually not rude unless the customer is. working in customer service is brutal and they get cussed at daily.i understand some of the frustrations individuals have , but at the same time you guys need to think they are just people trying to do their job the best they can.if you were working customer service i think you would understand more openly.again i get the frustration every once in awhile but just be open minded.mondays = busiest due to doctors offices.the workers get literally one break for lunch.be kind.also not to mention kroger cut overtime hours for them.and are short staffed.

If i could give this place zero stars I would. NONE of the pharmacists actually read notes attached to the patient’s files and CONSTANTLY mix up medications by giving brands that patients cannot take instead of the originally prescribed ones. EVERY time it’s time to get a refill I have to fight for the medications I need that my doctor prescribed. I have yet to meet a pharmacist at this location that has made anything easy.

I would do all my shopping at this Kroger if they carried everything I needed. The staff are always very kind and efficient And many have been there for years. Most checkout staff take great care in making sure my groceries are treated with gentleness and care even to the point of rubber banding those pesky egg and fruit cartons that pop open on the car ride home. Michael is a stand out rockstar! I wish I could remember more names (I'm better with faces). Every time I needed to see a manager about something my issue was resolved. Heading over to Pharmacy to give them the same rating!(Edit)Apparently there's no option for separating the Pharmacy. This is now my number one and only pharmacy that I use and it's squarely on the head pharmacist and the staff. Fast, efficient, great pricing and above and beyond the call on making sure that my refills are taken care of on time. To the point where I was switched from a 30 day to 90 day at a better price with an auto refill function that prompts my Doctor when I'm out of refills.

I’ve never had a pleasant experience here. Each time I call or arrive to the pharmacy, the employees have poor customer service and sound annoyed. I also find that the automated call for script refill is unnecessary as the individual who it’s transferred to just asks the same questions.
