The entire staff was friendly and PATIENT with me. I am a true beginner and they didn’t hesitate to meet me where I am beginning. Instructors are fun and encouraging.

I feel better and stronger. My favorite thing about this gym is that the workouts are different every day. I do not get bored. I continuously see results. The staff is friendly. They are always willing to assist you with any additional questions.The equipment is always in good shape and the owner is always make improvements.

I tried the 6 week challenge & it was super helpful. I was new to CrossFit & all the trainers were helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Then at the end I got my money back for hitting my goal ☺️

I found NewCov Crossfit when I moved to the area a few months ago and it has been nothing but a positive experience. The staff and members are very friendly and encouraging and the programming is challenging, yet scalable if needed. I really look forward to coming to class everyday!

NewCov has been the change in my Crossfit routine that I have been craving! Good coaching and great programing! I leave most everyday feeling like I really accomplished something and progressed to being a better athlete. They truly live by the scalable for all model and make everything accessible to all levels and offer a hospitable community. And if you feel down, theirs always a dog around to cheer you up!

This is my second time doing a challenge at the gym. I loved it the first time and I love it again. The coaches are so nice, patient and encouraging. Coaches really want you to succeed and I love that there are so many class times to choose from. I will recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their health!!

I've absolutely loved taking part of the 6-week challenge at Em's Fitcamp. I went from not being very motivated to feeling stronger and healthier. Everyone here has been extremely welcoming and make working out fun! I highly recommend giving it a try!

Love Newport Cross Fit. I have been a gym rat most of my life doing all types of aerobic and spinning classes but not crossfit. My perspective was it would be too hard and not fun: l was wrong on both points! It's a great workout with fun, encouraging people to support me. Thanks NewCov.

I love it here. Finally found a gym that I feel comfortable at. Love love love the FitCamp classes with Adam and the High Intensity classes with Taylor. Thank you so much for helping me to actually enjoy working out again. Started off doing the 6 week challenge, ended with a 9 month membership!

The coaches are very knowledgeable and will show you any modification possible for any movement you cannot perform. The Fit Camp members are great. There are a variety of ages and skill levels, which makes me feel more comfortable. I never feel like anyone is watching me or judging me.

Loved this place! The trainers were amazing, the classes were fun. And I loved the CrossFit beginners classes, they really broke down all the steps to some of the important moves.

The classes and coaches are AMAZING (shout out to Adam, Megan, Jenna, Taylor, Raquel and Rett….who I’ve had the pleasure of being coached by thus far) ! I have been doing Em’s Fitcamp and MPire Boxing Bootcamp during my 6 week challenge. On week 5 now and going to sign up to be a member. The challenge was just what I needed to get in a routine and see results (not too long of a duration and not too short). I have also been working with Jenna on my nutrition and feel INCREDIBLE with the macro counting. Thank you all for putting nutrition, fitness and community front of mind. Bravo!!!!!
