I bought a beautiful old (older than me) Smith & Wesson from Schlosser over 5 years ago. It jammed up and I took it in expecting to leave it for a repair. Ben took care of it right on the spot. 5-star service. Plus, walking into the shop is like walking back in time. Very cool.
