More than 2 hours for a pre-scheduled oil change in the afternoon on a Thursday. This place is a joke. If something that takes other places 10-20 minutes takes them two hours, they need to change their scheduling procedure.

A very disappointing experience…
Purchased 4 new tires this past Saturday. Following installation, as soon as I got on the highway the car shook like it was in an earthquake (it had been working perfectly before). The store was closed, so took it back as soon as the store opened on Monday morning.
Upon getting to the store, the clerk explained I’d have to drop the car off and it may take a while because “I didn’t have an appointment”. When I explained my appointment was on Saturday when I purchased the new tires and I was only back because they had been installed incorrectly, he could tell my frustration and said he’d “find a way to get me to the top of the list”. I Uber’d to work and waited.
That evening, they called to tell me my car was ready. Upon arriving to pick it up, the clerk said they had to courier a new tire from a different store and that I owed them $40 for the courier service. I was in awe at the audacity to charge me additional to fix a problem they created, and that I would not be paying anything beyond what I had paid for the new tires. The charge was taken care of.
I chose Tire Discounters because I like that they are headquartered in the region I live. It’s always best to support local business. However, this experience has me considering elsewhere for future tire needs.

Bernie was great. I had a a very small hole in my tire, and I wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to patch it but they did. The service was quick and everybody was super pleasant. I will definitely return with future issues!

I made an online appointment for tire service and rearranged my day to be there at the scheduled time. Just before my appointment I got a call that they were too busy to accommodate me and suggest I try next week.

A joke of a tire shop. Apparently they’ve never seen a hub cap before. Broke off 2 faux lug nuts on the plastic hub cap with their impact before they realized they were fake. They broke off the first, thought that’s weird I should do that again. Seriously? Then they took my valve stem and instead of putting them through the holes in the hub caps bent them around to the rim and hammered the hub caps over top which caused one to break in half and they didn’t think that was an issue. When all you do is tires it’s down right impressive to be this incompetent.

Had a nail in my tire that was audibly leaking. Came in the shop in a little bit of a panic. Chandler was great! Got me squeezed in and I was able to be out within an hour with a fixed tire. Life saver!!! Thank you
