I had the pleasure of having a young woman help me with a foundation, and I must say, she was just wonderful. I’m positive her name was Alexis or Alexa. She was very friendly, and to my delight she found my perfect shade on the very first try. It’s not often you come across someone so knowledgeable and pleasant. I went to Ulta looking for help with shade matching and Kai was so so helpful and friendly! I have always struggled finding my shade of foundation and he took the time out of his day to go through several shades to find the right one while also educating me on what would look best! He helped me pick out some beautiful products and made my day a little better!

I am in my fifties and can’t find the right spray tan for my skin! I have sun spots and age spots and always get darker with the tan. Went in to Ulta Newport and the sales girl Brynne went above and beyond to help

Find the right product for me. She explained the Coco & Eve dark blends perfectly and won’t make the age spots darker. She showed me the travel kit that included the glove. She said test it first to see if it worked! Used it yesterday and it is the perfect tan and color! Going back for more! Thank you Newport Ulta and Brynne I am one happy customer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kayla is absolutely amazing! She’s been my go-to beautician for years—first for my hair, and now for my eyebrows too. I recently got a brow wax and tint, and as always, she did a flawless job. She made the whole process super easy and comfortable, and I left feeling more confident than ever. Kayla also took the time to recommend great products and even gave me the inside scoop on some current deals at Ulta. I always say I’ll follow her wherever she goes because her talent and professionalism are unmatched. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch beauty services!

I got my hair highlighted and I didn't get what I asked for. It cost $196 with no hair trim or cut. I most likely will never get my hair done there again.

Based on my last couple of experiences, I have decided not to shop at Ulta any more. They have unfair business practices. I purchased something and forgot to use my coupon and rewards I had. Realized when I got home. Next day, I went back to this store and asked for a price adjustment. They refused. I then made the same purchase and wanted to return the items with the original/first receipt. They refused! I asked on what grounds since it is clearly indicated on their website that returns are accepted within 30 days. They said what I did was not allowed. That is insane! I could have just made this purchase online and brought back the original order - they would have never known. I still returned my first purchase, but they lost a customer in me for sure! People working at this store are NOT NICE!

I just had the BEST experience at Ulta because of an associate MICHELLE. She absolutely AMAZING. Kind, friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and I feel as though I just made a new friend. She is worth the to this location. THANK YOU Michelle, my new friend!!!

Poor customer service. Lady that helped me was condescending And over the top arrogant for no reason. I mean you make $15 an hour. Maybe being rude and disrespectful is normal for some. Her name was LILLY. Maybe they have a job for her in the back where you don’t have to deal with customers. Out front dealing with folks is not her thing. Dealing with people every day, all day is not for everyone.
