Every time I go to the UPS store no matter how busy they are I am met with a warm greeting. Every agent asks what they need to ask and do what they need to do quickly and correctly. They are friendly and helpful. It is such an upbeat experience that I wouldn’t go to any other place for any of the products/services they offer!

I always have a wonderful experience at this location! The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They know exactly what they're doing and always ensure a quick and efficient visit. This time, I came in specifically for envelope addressing, and Jesse was incredibly kind and patient. He made the entire experience positive and stress-free!

ARE YOU SERIOUS? 21lb for an EMPTY BACKPACK!?!? You're nuts! I've been a die hard UPS customer only and this will do it for me. Won't ever use your service again. Absolutely pathetic! Charged 3x the shipping cost for a plastic wrapped, empty, 4lb max backpack totalling over $40 with aDjUsTmEnTs.
