I had a virtual appointment set up with one of their bankers and they never bothered showing.I was trying to discuss my account and it required me to set an appointment, and they had virtual appointment options, which was great, but then when I came time to actually do the appointment, they never showed up for 30 minutes. Then I tried calling their branch location and no one answered, even though it says that they are open until 1 pm today. I am extremely unhappy with the service here and I will not be returning to this location.

Went into bank mart in Newport Krogers. Asked to open account. Have to make an appointment.I said "if I can't open now I won't be able to open one."Male rep say "adios".So this is what banking has become. Bank marts are for quick convenient services...i guess they don't want walk in business.

Drive thru is very very slow. Takes me atleast 20 minutes every time to get through the line.

This branch is great. Customer service is the best! Debbie is the greatest and she has superior knowledge and excellent customer service. I am at this Bank because of the excellent caring service of their tellers and manager.

Great team at this location! Debbie, the manager, is knowledgeable, kind hearted and patient! Curtis is also knowledgeable, helpful and a great communicator! They guided us through every step of our loan process, which is mostly done online, so their assistance in understanding what was being asked of us is appreciated.

Good customer service. Everyone takes the time to take care of your needs. The drive they gets busy, but they all manage to take care of the people in front of them as well as the phones and drive thru

The “manager” Debbie is extremely rude. I had a horrible experience in the drive thru today. Makes me want to take all my business accounts elsewhere.

Slowest bank in general but this branch by far is the slowest. Normally only one teller at lunch time.

For a small branch inside the busiest Kroger store in the country, they handle an incredible amount of transactions on a daily basis. The employees do a great job and we’ve never had an issue with this branch or USB in general. Accounts and loans for every need are competitive and we are happy to be customers of USB. Keep up the good work!

Well I am 18, and I choose us bank as my first bank and yesterday was graduation, I got some money from my family and friends, so I went to their atm that is located right there by their bank, to deposit my money so I would not lose my money, any their atm malfunctioned and my money got stuck in it, I called the number one the reciept it gave me and the bank, and they tell me I have to wait 10 days, before I can get my money, I have a bill due today that now I will be charged a late fee for, I can't go and buy my boots for my sisters wedding, because I trusted this bank, so it looks like I will be looking for a new bank, my mom has been banking with them for 3 years, and she well now as well be looking for a new bank as well

Hi I usually don't like to leave bad reviews but with this bank I had to say what happened to me so it won't. Happen to anyone else !! I car on a Saturday to get a roll of quarters so I can do laundry I waited in line and when it was my turn the lady asked me what can I do for you and I said I would like to get change she told me what business are you coming from and I said this has nothing to do with the business and she said well I can't give you any quarters or any change if you're not a customer of ours I never knew that a bank can't give any kind of change if you're not banking with them this is the first time I hear it I have done it multiple times with other banks !! But Honestly the reason for me leaving this review is not because of the bank not give me quarters is because I asked her is there a policy on that saying that banks can give out any kind of change to any customer!! And she just said I can't give you anything !! It really felt like Discrimination but I really can't say this because I don't like to talk about that topic !! I asked again if they had a policy or if there is a rule that a bank can't give change out to anyone and then she changed her mind and said how much do you want and before I even answered she said our change have to last us till Thursday!!! I said to her What ?????and I just shook my head and walked away !!!! I won't come back to this bank for sure !! And I would definitely keep any eye on they way these bankers treat people there !!

Kaitlyn is extremely rude and snarky and will give you alot of attitude if you ask a question she deems stupid. I highly recromend not going if you havw any. other options. everyone at the fort thomas branch is extremely nice and helpful. its only. a mile away

The bankers know me on sight, I've never had any issues with them being discourteous in the last 3-4 years that I've been coming here to do my banking. The hours here are honestly way better than any other US bank I've been to, they're actually open while I'm awake.

there's Good and Bad everywhere we go. After work yesterday cashier told me they had a promotion thru June that if you open a $1,500 checking account you receive $200, AS THERE WAS A FRIDAY AFTER WORK LONG LINE, i didn't want to make people wait while i opened a checking account....go back today it's "I'm sorry sir, that offer expired yesterday" ...gee thanks...why i previously left USBank seven years ago were things like this ...VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION OR PROBABLY WOULD AGAIN CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS OUT
