When my dr sends a prescription or I call for a refill. It takes 3 to 4 days to fill. Sometimes I get a call saying it’s ready. But when I go to pick it up.they say it’s not ready.

I was in the Newport, Ky store this morning and Kaitlyn was a HUGE help, she was helpful and was very kind.
She educated me on why there are no longer sale papers in the store.

Went to urgent care for a respiratory infection. Told them to send my prescription here. Went in to find out that they don’t take veterans insurance because they consider it as low income so I definitely won’t be using Walgreens pharmacy EVER again.

I came in from out of state to help my brother out after having surgery. After several visits of constantly being out of stock on various prescription and over-the-counters, and standing in long lines listening to other customers having the same issues with this pharmacy, and watching the elderly stand in long lines and being told prescriptions were not available after they had been texted and told they were... Needless to say all prescriptions are now being transferred to another pharmacy and this pharmacy will no longer be used by my brother. I hope that this review will help Walgreens to realize they need to make changes. They may not care if they lose a customer but hopefully someone in management will care enough to look into this matter.

First, I think the pharmacy staff are wonderful people who try very hard. I think they are understaffed, overworked, and criminally under-supported. They are often out of medications and they don't have time to track down issues, let alone check inventory at another store. All follow up is pushed back onto their customers. I'd pick another pharmacy.

My husband was called via automated recording 3 times to say his prescription was ready even a live gentleman called to say his prescription was ready. After waiting 10min was told they didn’t have it and isn’t on an automatic refill. Which it is!!! The lady was super rude and suggested he listen to the recording better!!! She highly recommends listening to the recording!!!

encountered the rudest behavior I've had at any business in years. One of the ladies working pharmacy was judgmental and truly escalated a situation to a point it never should have gotten to. Her finding a job outside of customer service would be best for all parties

Whoever was working checkout at 2/13 around 12:05pm needs some serious coaching. It was not okay for her to scold another employee for making a mistake in front of a line full of customers waiting to checkout. The kind older gentleman working did not mean to cancel out the photo order, as he told you when you asked him repeatedly why he did it. I left today which such disgust with the way that situation was handled and I really hope this is brought to her attention.

I’m standing at the counter - there are 4 people behind the counter . Nobody said hello. About 5 minutes passed, and it seemed like they could care less about helping me - takes a lot for me to leave a negative review - the entire culture here seems to need a change. I hope this feedback helps

I work for an endocrinology office and have been working with this pharmacy to find the lowest cost insulin on a patient's insurance. This pharmacy has went above and beyond with helping our office over the last week. This is a very busy pharmacy and they are always pleasant on the phone, so I don’t mind if there is a wait when there is one.I also live down the street from this pharmacy and shop at this store, so I often see the pharmacists working long hours. I hope that someone in corporate sees this and acknowledges the work this team does and the efforts they take to go above and beyond to take care of patients.

The lady working the pharmacy was VERY rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes and had an attitude towards me and other customers, and refused to help me even after I tried to explain I had been waiting 20 hours for my prescription. This place is pathetic

I scheduled a Covid/flu test with the pharmacy today at 11:15 upon my arrival I stood in front of the window for several minutes but wasn’t even acknowledged so I simply left. I can attest to the poor customer service, and would like to spread awareness to other customers.
