encountered the rudest behavior I've had at any business in years. One of the ladies working pharmacy was judgmental and truly escalated a situation to a point it never should have gotten to. Her finding a job outside of customer service would be best for all parties

Whoever was working checkout at 2/13 around 12:05pm needs some serious coaching. It was not okay for her to scold another employee for making a mistake in front of a line full of customers waiting to checkout. The kind older gentleman working did not mean to cancel out the photo order, as he told you when you asked him repeatedly why he did it. I left today which such disgust with the way that situation was handled and I really hope this is brought to her attention.

I’m standing at the counter - there are 4 people behind the counter . Nobody said hello. About 5 minutes passed, and it seemed like they could care less about helping me - takes a lot for me to leave a negative review - the entire culture here seems to need a change. I hope this feedback helps

I work for an endocrinology office and have been working with this pharmacy to find the lowest cost insulin on a patient's insurance. This pharmacy has went above and beyond with helping our office over the last week. This is a very busy pharmacy and they are always pleasant on the phone, so I don’t mind if there is a wait when there is one.I also live down the street from this pharmacy and shop at this store, so I often see the pharmacists working long hours. I hope that someone in corporate sees this and acknowledges the work this team does and the efforts they take to go above and beyond to take care of patients.

The lady working the pharmacy was VERY rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes and had an attitude towards me and other customers, and refused to help me even after I tried to explain I had been waiting 20 hours for my prescription. This place is pathetic

The wait time here is ridiculous. What's the point in scheduling a vaccination if they are just going to make you wait for 45mins after your scheduled time? The customer service wasn't great either.

I like this store for its proximity and that its 24 hours.They are grosslyunderstaffed, which certainly impacts customer service.The aisles are surprisingly orderly, but you might want to price check before you buy something that is mis-marked.They offer FedEx drop offs. Until recently, they had a Kroger Express ,which was closed down. It was overpriced.This store also has a high shrink problem due to high theft.

My recent visit to Walgreens for passport photo services left me thoroughly disappointed.Customer Service: ⭐☆☆☆☆The staff member assisting me was far from friendly. I felt unwelcome from the moment I entered the store. Their lack of courtesy and unhelpful demeanor significantly detracted from the overall experience.Photo Quality: ⭐☆☆☆☆The quality of the passport photo was shockingly subpar. It did not come anywhere close to meeting the standard requirements. The lighting was poor, resulting in shadows and uneven exposure. The composition was haphazard, and it seemed as though minimal effort was put into ensuring the photo met even the basic guidelines. Also, the person who took my picture did not even bother to show it to me before printing. I realized the poor quality even after paying for the photo because they did not show it to me before.Overall Impression: ⭐☆☆☆☆Regrettably, my experience with Walgreens for passport photo services was unsatisfactory. The unfriendly staff and the appalling quality of the passport photo left me questioning the professionalism and competence of this establishment. I would strongly advise against using their services for passport photos, as my experience was far from the standard expected for such a crucial document

Terrible service. Pharmacy is the worst. They can send me a text,call and email when my script is ready (3days after they received it) but they can't send me a text when they send scripts to their central filling. Unbelievable. Then the employees act like they are extremely bothered when you try to pick up your scripts. It's time me for patrons to switch to CVS, Kroger or another pharmacy. Until you start making it hurt them on the bottom line and they feel the pain of losing customers maybe they will at least pretend they want our business. I say boycott Walgreens. Lots of other places with better service to fill scrips.

The employees at this location always seem annoyed every time I come here. Also I think it’s crazy to require an appointment for a flu shot. Either you want people to get it or you don’t. Make it simple. Not to mention the pharmacy was SUPER empty. CVS is better.

I am here, for the second time today, to pick up my prescription and the line is wrapped around the building. The first time I came, the prescription wasn't ready yet.... 5 hours after it was called in. It has been like this for a while now. This is no longer "convenient".

Firstly, if you walk up to the pharmacy, there is a sign that clearly states "medical services, consultations and vaccines" above a window that SHOULD be doing exactly that. There is a sign that says "drop off and pick up" for prescriptions and that's where you SHOULD get prescriptions. But that's not how they actually do their work. If you sign up for a vaccine appointment, you have to wait in line for prescriptions, which is the most leisurely looking process I have ever witnessed. I stood in line for over 30 minutes and just left. I will not be getting vaccines or prescriptions at Walgreens anymore. You are disorganized and inefficient. I also don't want to give business to a company that will allow pharmacists to deny people medications because of personal and or religious beliefs. Those employees should not be working in the medical/pharmaceutical business. Maybe go flip burgers or go join a convent. I'm putting my money where my mouth is. I will no longer go to Walgreens in any capacity. There are plenty other places to shop and to get vaccinated. Get it together, Walgreens!
