Chloe and Kim at the Nicholasville lex ky are phenomenal at their job especially customer service the day I met kim had me come back with a surprise lunch and I came back another time and looking for an oil filter and Chloe was on crutches and as I was on my way to get the filter I hear her coming up the aisle on crutches to help I had to beg her to let me get it and rest her leg I don’t know what y’all training them in orientation good job to the ladies keep up the good work I’m just saying my pov might not matter but if possible I think like I acknowledged their hard work and dedication to their job they deserve some sort of compensation to acknowledge their hardwork and representation of the auto zone brand

I have always had a good experience here when buying what I need for our vehicle's. The employees are always nice and willing to help you with anything in a proper time manner. I'm very satisfied with the service that they provided to me.

I’m cautious about bad reviews but this place earned it. To make a mistake is one thing, but to laugh about it, not apologize for a big inconvenience, and generally act immature, is not acceptable. Professionalism will go a long way in life…do better.
