I was very disappointed with the work done on my car. I was in a car accident on 9/10/24 and the next day I dropped it and the staff was really nice so my hopes were high. I got a lot of text updating me on my vehicle and the original date to get it back was on 9/27/24 but then it was moved to 9/31/24 (there is no 31st of September). I thought no big deal they just needed extra time because there was a lot of things cracked and broken off my car. Well I got the text my car was ready to be picked up on 10/01/24 so I left work early and was very disappointed when I went to pick my car up. The headlight was still busted and never replaced, the paint job was terrible, there was a piece in the front of my car hanging off, and the Nissan emblem had a big orange “X” on it with the letters “FB” written across it. I went in and ask to speak with someone because there was stuff on my car not fixed. This man came out which I assume was the manager talked to me and apologized assuring it will get fixed so I left my vehicle again. Nobody called me so I called them on 10/03/24 and I was told it would be ready on 10/04/24. I left work early to pick up my vehicle and they fixed the busted headlight, the marker was taken off but the paint job was still shit. I cut my losses and just left with my vehicle after driving rentals for a couple weeks I wanted my vehicle back. It’s now 10/05/24 and I notice there is still a dent in the back passenger side door and a price missing off my trunk. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will be sure to contact my insurance company to not recommend it to anyone either. I also kept being referred to as my fathers wife since it’s in both of our names and even on the paper work it says “Mr and Mrs. Shearer” after telling them I was his child.

I highly recommend this business as their customer service is second to none and they were exceptional when it came to getting my car back to me in a timely manner! A huge shoutout to the Body Tech Brendon who do an amazing job! My car came out looking better than when it was given to them. I cant thank this team enough!
