If I could give this bank no stars I would. Went to open a business account and the lady kept giving me attitude. I go to ask questions about the account and I’m given looks and talked down to and judged I let it go proceed to find out more about the account I was opening and told I was being very rude and actually asked to leave. Very unprofessional never had any issues with any other bank but the lady that help me acted very entitled and snobby. Will never refer anyone. Will advise against them.

This is the worst bank in Nicholasville KY. If you use this bank , I'm sorry. They have zero customer service. Every time I go to this location , I always am treated with rude comments and very rude behavior. Today went threw the drive thru , I sent my license and my money in. I sit there for what seems like forever. I push the call button and this young lady comes on the screen eating something. I asked her if she was ever going to acknowledge me , she said not until you pushed the call button. Really !? Really !!! This is the last time I do business with the company , ever agin.,. Chase bank here we come !!

Drive through ATM malfunctioned & kept $600. So I had to go inside & tell them something was wrong with the machine. There were 4 ladies sitting at the counters WITH NO ONE in line & did absolutely nothing when I told them that. I think they thought I was lying? If I am at a business & I am an employee or customer tells me something is wrong I am going to pick up the phone or tell management there is a problem. I told them again & they said wait in that line over there & tell the woman in that office all we do is cash checks & make deposits...nothing else.(old woman with grey hair) So I stand in line for like 10 minutes & then I am told to go home & call pay-pal & the PROBLEM IS MINE. Which I take as go home & call pay-pal YOUR ON YOUR OWN(remember they think I am lying here). What they should be telling me is let us count the money in the machine & watch the video we will take care of the problem. Right? Not go deal with pay-pal & your on your own...good luck. Well that didn't happen(remember they think I am lying). So after being told to go home & call pay-pal for the 3rd time I lose it! & start cussing & I broke their door on the way out($25 latch). Then we speak on the phone & they review the video tape of the accident & tell me i didn't get any money. Really? So now you believe me? Oh and by the way we want to close your accounts. Really? thats just what I was thinking after the super customer service! Then I star getting some phone calls from some clown who says he is the president of the bank(Lexington) name of Shane. Come to find out he a security guard & vice president of the bank. Wow What a position. Sounds like b******* too me? security guard & vice president? 859-253-6000. call him let him explain that. He goes on asking me if my money had been returned by pay-pal & I tell him no it has not. They think the transaction will be reversed all on its own. Guess what it is not. Now what? Goes on to say on a sour note we want to close all your accounts. Great same thing I was thinking! I have no problem running my $500,00-$750,000 each year through another bank. What kind of customer service is this? I don't think they know what customer service is at this branch. Only one that knows their a** from a hole in the ground is Jenny Wiley. If you want a customer service oriented bank I suggest you try another bank & not this one. You will be disappointed.
