“I had shopped at a Lexington store and was not given the correct discounts during the clearance event and their pad was down so I was unable to use my coupons. I purchased the items and came to this store where I met the Manager Erica. Erica apologized for the other store, even though she didn't need to and immediately corrected their mistake. She was professional, kind and very customer service driven. Tiffany checked me out and made sure all the discounts were applied. Thank you Erica and Tiffany. I know where I will be shopping at again.”
