“Like this store it has so many different items from crafting to party ware to cleaning, & all in between. It is the only place you can find sugar free russle stuffers candy, yummy. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that most of the time the shelves are bare due to not enough time or employees allotted for stocking. The product is there but it's in the boxes yet to be opened & put on the shelf.”
“The service at this Dollar General was top notch. When other competitors around town told me they couldn’t help me fill up my helium balloons for my son’s birthday party the staff at this location came through for me. I called ahead and talked to a nice employee named Gauge who said they’d be happy to help. Upon coming into the store Jake helped me out with getting the balloons inflated. He was super personal, made a connection with my family, chatted with my son about his birthday. He then told us about the Dollar General app (which I ended up downloading) and all of the coupons on it. He went over the sale bill with us to tell us about the different offers they were running. It was incredible service. These employees deserve recognition for caring about their customers and doing the right thing for their business. We even came right back in and bought a few of the things that we were planning to buy from the big box retailer down the street just because of the friendliness of this staff. Well done Dollar General Orchard!”
“I had shopped at a Lexington store and was not given the correct discounts during the clearance event and their pad was down so I was unable to use my coupons. I purchased the items and came to this store where I met the Manager Erica. Erica apologized for the other store, even though she didn't need to and immediately corrected their mistake. She was professional, kind and very customer service driven. Tiffany checked me out and made sure all the discounts were applied. Thank you Erica and Tiffany. I know where I will be shopping at again.”
