Just got a barely used traverse from Collin and Mike! They were so helpful and nice. They entertained my toddler and were so easy to work with for financing. I definitely recommend going to see them! They never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable about buying.

Chris was absolutely amazing. He spent all the time I needed and there was no pressure to make a decision. He spent a lot of time making sure we were comfortable with the decision we were making. In all honesty I never buy a car the same day I look. But there was something about Chris that gave us the confidence to buy the vehicle I truly wanted on the first day I looked at it. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone I know and will certainly do so.

I bought a genesis gv80 last night and could not have asked for better experience! Everyone was as nice as could be from the time I walked in until I left, the finance manager, Lawrence, was knowledgeable and helpful explaining the warranty and collections, I will send everyone I know to Don Franlkin

Each staff member is knowledgeable in their perspective area of expertise. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I feel positive when my vehicle is brought in for maintenance that I will be told what I need and when and not pile unnecessary charges because I don’t know any better.
10/31/25. I unexpectedly bought a vehicle that had to be brought from another dealer. Even with that step it was a nice easy process. The team at Don Franklin in Nicholasville is exceptional, Chad in service, Lawrence in finance and all of the sales guys. I will cont sending people your way and returning myself.

Im a big car guy and I love getting a good deal. I bought a 2010 camaro from them and I got a great deal. The staff was really supportive and really kind. I recommend this dealership if you want somewhere to go where there is low pressure and an easy atmosphere. I especially want to give a shout out to Chris and Lawrence for helping me through everything.

Noah Roe helped us buy a car for our daughter. He was very patient, showing us numerous vehicles. Noah was not pushy and made the buying experience super easy. He even drove the new car to our home because we couldn’t coordinate everything with work. Everyone we encountered at Don Franklin was wonderful.

Very disappointed in the service center ! I bought bumper to bumper warranty for 10yrs/100000 miles my husband brought our car in to have a sensor replaced or reset for the second time no one wanted to repair that, only talk about the brakes which we have a local garage replace as needed and had them checked Tuesday, then charged us a diagnostic fee of 139.92 why have the extended warranty which cost thousands if they fix nothing but charge you anyway I intend to share this to every site I can find and to report this experience everywhere I can, but the bonus was the 1100 dollars estimate for brakes which were inspected 2 days ago wow great way to treat your senior citizens

This is Tiffany Staton, and Collin helped put me in a new vehicle without any plans of buying.
