We had an error on a deposit transaction from another location . I was directed by phone to the Nicholasville location! Jessica answered the phone she was very kind, understanding and determined to get the mistake fixed. Excellent customer service!!! She went the extra mile where it is never crowded to get it done!! Was unaware of $456 processing fee for the loan. It was to late to change anything because I needed to get a loan and pay for equipment. Interest rate started at 5% when I first came in. Second time it was 5.6% and today when I was signing paper work it was 6%. I am unhappy.

The ladies Alexis and Jackie were a big help they provided me with great service and a warm welcoming into there bank with a refreshment . Overall the atmosphere from there employees was all smiles. Anyone that is looking to set up an account I highly recommend you check this branch out.

My name is actually Mario, this place started off friendly and seemed like a nice bank. But there overdrafting rules are ridiculous. Even if you deposit money that night to cover your overdrawn charge they will still charge you 32 dollars. They will only cover one overdraft fee as well, eventhough this one was pretty much there fault for not having a way to tell me it got overdrafted. They probably were mailing me a letter, but the app should pop a notification. I checked my bank the night before and it was good. And then I check my bank again and the bank took there 5 dollar monthly fee out and didn't tell me they overdrafted it. Then another charge they let come through when I had no money in my bank caused I knew they would of charged a fee Monday but I was assuming if I got the money in ASAP it would be fine like every other bank you have 24 hours here you have til the end of that business day so it comes out at 350 you're screwed or you better get to the bank in ten minutes. It's just crazy how they couldn't cover 32 dollars. Last money they will ever get from me.
