I can HONESTLY say that caliber collision in Nicholasville is the ONLY repair collision that I will do business with!! They did an ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING JOB on my 2019 KIA 3 years ago!! When I had an accident with my truck, I insisted with my insurance company that I wanted my vehicle repaired by this particular location in Nicholasville on Bradley Court. AND once again!! THEY done an AMAZING JOB!! I'm very satisfied with the outcome!! They really went far and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of and taken care of the right way!! I was really satisfied with everyone at Caliber Collision in Nicholasville. They did a great job at working with my insurance company, the rental car company and kept me informed through the entire process. Communication is of the utmost importance to me and they stayed in contact the whole time they were repairing my car. I recieved text messages and phone calls every couple of days or if something came up about getting parts, or not being satisfied about a part they recieved that did not meet the quality they expected. I would highly recommend them over and over again. Thanks you guys and ladies for making me feel like you truly cared about me and my situation !!
