The lady was very sweet and kind but she cut my hair way shorter then I asked I asked for it to be cut to the middle of my neck and she cut it all the way to my ears and one side is bit longer then other side. I normally come here and get exactly what I want but this time they cut it completely wrong but the employees are always so kind and sweet ( I ended up crying in the car because of how short my hair is now)

This location is amazing! A few weeks ago I got the worst haircut of my life at the Brannon crossing location. They did absolutely nothing about it. Today I took my son to the orchard location where we regularly go. They always do good on his hair, I was showing the ladies pictures of what the woman at Brannon did, and so Ray (I believe that’s her name) fixed it for me for no charge. It looks a million times better and I couldn’t be happier. The ladies at this location are the best!

We have took our kids here multiple times and never had issues. However, now we do. My fiance took my kids in for haircuts and they were rushing to close and did not act like they had a license to cut. They did not give us what we asked for and were snippy. Never again will I go back. There is a couple ladies up there I know and they would never. whoever was there tonight should be ashamed.
