“I always have a good experience at the Nicholasville Lowes. Someone always is able to help me when I need help. I stopped in close to their closing time (happened to be driving by) to pick up a special order kitchen cabinet. Three people bent over backwards to help me: Jayla, Neisha, and Michelle. This was beyond good customer service. This is the kind of response I expect from this Lowes, but the level of service on this particular evening was over the top.
