“Went to try to find a plumbing fitting that they quit making several years ago. I was greeting a store employee wanting to know if I needed any assistance. I showed what I was looking for and he quoted the other plumbers that I had asked. Being greeted by someone was hands down better than I can get at Lowe's. Waited over forty-minutes at Lowe's and still didn't get any help, they were all laughing and having a good time in the back room, everyone must of went to lunch at the same time, this was the lowes in Mt Sterling.”

“EDIT: What I purchased were YAKTRAX! Highly recommend! Easy to put on/take off!Works amazingly well! On the box, it warns not for use indoors!! Trust the box! Walking inside with these on your shoes is like walking on ice without them!I went in looking for something to wear/use in snowy/icy weather(shoes, etc. I'm a runner ).The two employees there were very helpful and recommended exactly what I needed!Store was neat, clean and well-lit and everything was easy to find!
