I highly recommend Moore Innovations! Troy did an excellent job installing the floor. He paid attention to details and made sure everything was leveled right. I appreciated him working with my schedule of guests coming, etc.

Chris and his staff are wonderful. Service is always great. Friendly family owned store which is leaps and bounds better than dealing with big box stores for paint and flooring. Moore Innovations completed the job promptly and exceeded our expectations.

Excellent team at Moore Innovations! I would absolutely recommend their services without reservation! They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and will steer you in an honest manner for the job you seek to accomplish! Don't waste time or money at the big box stores. Support a local business with competitive pricing, integrity, and friendliness! I say this after having purchased quality paints and stains for several residential projects.

Do NOT use them for carpet installation. I was hesitant to leave a review because my name is posted but they are horrible with carpet installation. They were less expensive but you get what you pay for. Lesson learned. We should have gone with Rodgers Floor & Decor in Versailles for $2k more. Now we have to pay at least $1,500 to have our carpet crabbed - which means correcting the puckering. They came out to "correct" after several phone calls to ask for this but it was never corrected properly. I will never use their services again based on the lack of customer service we received. I would give them zero stars - not one.

Absolutely love Moore Innovations! Their people are top notch! They have outstanding prices and offer a very good selection and quality of items such as flooring, paint, blinds and trim moldings. I love stopping in just to chat sometimes! They are a great Christian and local business. Could not recommend them more highly 10/10!

If you are looking for a flooring company or a paint store this is where you need to do business at. There staff is to notch and they show up on the date and the time they tell you they will be there. Call Chris and he will come and give you an estimate. Troy has been the installer both time they have been to our house. His craftsmanship is impeccable, I love his attention to detail. That will always get my business.

A year ago I had a new floor installed in my kitchen and wrap-around foyer by a random "handyman" who quoted me a good price and assured me he could handle the job. It was a disaster..iInstalled incorrectly and in a shoddy manner. My old 20-year-old floor looked better. I had Chris Moore come take a look at it and give me an estimate on a redo by one of his excellent installers. We had a trip planned and scheduled the floor to be done while we were gone. We had used Moore Innovations in the past for many paint and flooring needs and had always been impressed with their workmanship and integrity. This job was no exception. We were blown away by what we came home to. It was perfection in every way! I would unreservedly recommend Chris Moore and his crew at Moore Innovations to anyone. Every single person I have ever had contact with has been friendly, helpful, and competent. Thank you, Moore Innovations!
