I couldn’t have asked for a better, more thorough, more professional, customer service centered move in experience provided me by Storage Rentals of America, in Nicholasville, KY. The young lady providing that experience on behalf of Storage Rentals of America, whose first name is Nicole, was so impressive that I will consider SROA my storage home, or should she leave and go to another, my loyalty will be to her for her professional care. I say this, having not known her previously, but having both been in customer service and having provided customer service training for other agencies in years past. I went in to find out about storages because I am downsizing and I spoke to a girl I believe her name was Nicole and she was the sweetest! So knowledgeable and helpful! Not a lot of people have exceptional customer service but she was amazing!
