Package supposed to be delivered yesterday. Signature required for delivery of package to my residence. No one approached my home to obtain signature, and, of course, no signature obtained by postal employee. Found package in my mailbox down by the road.
Way to go! Security at this facility needs evaluated, and, hopefully, upgraded. Inconsistent service continues (did not get mail delivered after hold mail expired last month). Had to call to find out where my mail was, and get it delivered - the next day, and, obviously late!

I had a piece of priority mail marked as “delivered” but was nowhere to be found in my mailbox. I called the direct line, got a hold of Patrick, and he took care of it right away. He was able to track the carrier, have him re-visit my location, and located my package, which had initially been placed in the wrong mailbox. I can’t thank Patrick enough for his help!

Terrible experience with nich post office. Mailed a package on Nov 30 2024 it is now Dec 22 2024 and it still hasn't left post office! I will never use this usps again! I give no stars! Horrible experiance!!

I had an appointment today to get my passport. Staff was kind and efficient. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

My son has been waiting for his tax refund check since February, he never received it. Called state today and said it was mailed March 5th, but was sent back to them by mail carrier saying he did not live at this address! We are very upset with this new carrier. We constantly receive someone else's mail and no telling where half of ours has gone. Will be filing a complaint at the office tomorrow.
