“Went in to make a purchase they were out of. Manager Charles David waited on me and suggested that I can order from in the store and have it shipped to my house and it should be shipped within 48hrs. 5 days went and still no product and but was processed as payment through my visa. Called twice and spoke to two different sales assoc. Told me to call and speak to Charles the next day. Charles was not there and they could not help me told me to call GNC customer service. They said the store did not do the delivery option that it looked like they made it as an in store purchase and recommended me to go back to the store. Went back to the store and seen Charles working and told him what was going on. He said he did not remember me and did not know why I did not receive the product. He acted like it was my fault. After 30 minutes he finally owned up that he must have not hit the delivery service but I was out of product and he would not give me a sample to last me until my order came in. Poor customer service. Do not know what they are doing, and from now on if something is out of stock at the store, I will purchase online from now on.Second part of this situation Caproate GNC reached out to me on how to make things right and gave me a discount electronic gift card for my time and trouble.
