“Jenny at this location is absolutely a godsend & asset to your branch! I had fraud on my account & the customer service & fraud department did absolutely NOTHING! Literally, customer service brushed me off! Gave me Fraud to call & he was the worst!!! No help!!! All info he gave me was incorrect!!! He didn't order me a card, digital card replacement info was invalid! I'm only still a customer because of Jenny!!!”
