The mechanic here Ralph is a scam. My wife had taken my truck to get an oil change at the Valvoline in front of his shop and my brake line blew on my truck. Well I left it with Ralph to fix it and I told him I had to order the brake lines online because my truck is lifted. Well 8 days later I finally got the parts I needed and I took them in there and he decided he was gonna charge me 100 dollars more for a “storage fee”. I was never made aware of this extra charge. He also complained that he had to bring my truck in and out of his shop because he doesn’t have liability insurance and he doesn’t want the car stolen on my diesel truck. This is the most backyard mechanic I’ve ever seen and if he doesn’t have basic requirements to have a business he shouldn’t have one.

Ralph has been working on my vehicles since 2017. He is very knowledgeable about all vehicles and is good with diagnosing the problem right away. if he doesnt know he works til he finds the answer. very straight forward, honest and affordable. I won't go anywhere else.

I needed a spark plug replacement which I was told by the Suburu dealership. I was quoted for $429! I’ve used to change my own spark plugs when I had an Audi which were located on top of the engine. However, the ones in this Suburu are located on the sides and I did not have the tools nor the time to do it myself. Called Ralph and he told me as long as I got the parts myself. He’ll charge me for the labor only which was for $150! That was a fair price and didn’t charge me for any diagnostic or anything cause I know what needed to get done. Took it to the shop and waited for an hour and 30 and it was done! Do highly recommend this shop! It is first come first served.

Ralph has worked on all of my vehicles for the past 13 years. It's first come, first serve. You bring your own parts in order to save you money. You always pay a fair price. Always honest about what's wrong with it and will always go the extra mile to have your car ready when he says it will be ready. Until he has to close up shop, he will always be our mechanic. He a rush job on my van. When my son went to pick up the van he foung oit it wasn't changing gears. He told him it was drving good. Now I paid him all his money and I got a bad job.Service: Transmission

Ralph has been doing mechanic work for as long as I can remember. Most trusted mechanic I know and still recommend. Sad he told me because of casino he has to close. Will miss u.
