“Although there was only 1 Cashier on duty and several people in line, Mr. J'mon handled everything beautifully! He communicated with all customers in line, pointed out the self-service checkout, and continually apologized for the delay and Thanked us for our patience. So professional, courteous, and gracious. Well done Mr. J'mon! I would have done the survey, but I kept the wrong portion of my receipt, so I could complete it. Please keep up the good work, Sir.”
“Went in on Thanksgiving 2024. They were one of the few retailers open that day. It was our 3rd stop in trying to find brown sugar. They were way out of the way and really crowded but the fact that everyone forgot something and typical retailers weren't open it was understandable. I stood in line for a while next to a man that wanted to talk incessantly ( not the store's fault I got in line directly behind this man). BUT THEY SAVED THANKSGIVING by having brown sugar. Candied yams are my favorite. With the brown sugar in tow we went home and enjoyed the holiday.”
“No big problems with the store tonight just didn’t like being greeted in the parking lot by an employee saying you know we close in like five minutes ok I just need 2 gallons of Milk and she says back we’ll better hurry up then we’re down to 4 minutes we’ll guess what I got my milk checked out with 2 minutes to spare your open till 10 there is no need for your attitude”
“ConvenientThis Dollar General store normally has the small everyday items I'm looking for. This time I was there to get dog food. They had my dog's favorite food, even though they didn't have big bags of it. I was more than what Walmart had iin stock!”
“Nice store very friendly and helpful people. Really good sale going on right now. Lots of really nice things. Lots of food items at really decent prices. Lots of Paw Patrol things if your children or grandchildren like that. I did not find any University of Kentucky Wildcat memorabilia, to me that was the only drawback of the store.”
“Much better, must be new management. So happy to see improvement with this sore. Store was clean, in order, shelves were stocked, better shape. Nothing blocking the isles. Finally, friendly personnel. The employee was helpful and friendly, which is important to me. Makes my shopping experience more comfortable and pleasant. “This is literally my favorite Dollar General to go too… always great customer service especially this one lady named Kathy she is always smiling and very welcoming and I just love her!!!! She is definitely a great hard worker even if the store every once in a blue moon doesn’t have what I need her smile is enough for me to be cool with that. But the store almost always have everything I need when I go. I believe it’s my favorite location”

“Store is clean and neat, best I've visited in Tennessee so far. Merchandise is in the shelves sand not on the isles like most DGs. Store seems properly staffed. How they keep it up. Will keep coming here as long as they keep it up.”

“Thankful for the manager that was on duty 06/11/2023 around 8:30 PM! I’m pregnant and this is the only store or person who has asked to hold my basket while she helped me look for Dr. Pepper I’ve been craving so much, unfortunately the app said there was some when there was not but she still made my experience amazing! I really want her to be awarded for making the extra effort. She even carried them to the register then to my car! I couldn’t believe it. My husband doesn’t even carry my groceries to the car!”

“Personable and friendly staff, well stocked shelves and most importantly- the store is so clean! This isn’t always the case with certain locations, but it’s evident the staff prioritizes this, which I really appreciate. The Walmart next door could take a few pointers! The women who run this store do an excellent job and work hard- give these ladies a raise ?”
