I will never shop here again and will be returning what I purchase. I asked specifically when I bought and item could it be returned and was advised yes just to be told that wasn’t true. So I was offered a discount off my next purchase by the manager. Cool, so I went to buy a game just to be told the assistant manager said no because the employee who told me the wrong information wasn’t an actual employee of their store. Huh that doesn’t even make sense, so they can work at your store give false information and it’s the customers fault?

Male manager (bryan?) Interrupted employee while they were trying to help me, completely pushed them aside. Kept trying to oversell me on stuff i flatout said i did not want/need.

I love Gamestop, but the employee made a mistake and gave me a used game. Watch your prices. Here is an example of the tags over a 4 month period. Prices increase over time

It's a GameStop. The employees are nice like a solid 90 percent of the time, which helps a lot. The other 10 percent can be pretty frustrating though. Most recent example would be being told I don't need to bring a receipt (because they can look me up in the system) for my preorder then waiting at a midnight release and being told I can't get my preorder without it. Partially my fault as I shouldn't have relied on two different personnel to maintain the same standard but I'd much rather they didn't give me faulty info. Prices are typical GameStop prices, if you're looking for trade in value there's better places in town, but the selection is there along with the typical knick knacks. If you're looking to trade in your limted edition Zelda Ocarina of Time for a D20 Night Light or some cups with pokemon on them from 3 generations ago, this is your place.

All around wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable about all the products and even secured me a deal on my new podcast mic. Service was quick, professional, and friendly!

The customer service is atrocious. Attempting to buy an item that they placed on hold the night before even though they claimed to only have a 30Minute hold policy?! Called to verity no one picked it up, was there in under 10 minutes and they sold it before I got there. Terrible.

Typical inventory of an average gamestop. They had one Switch game on shelf that wasn't in stock, but mistakes happen. The woman running the store was a phenomenal multitasker and remained cool and polite throughout service.

poor customer service. the associate had a attitude after asking a simple question and she acted like i was d*** or something. would not return to this establishment ever again. GameStop needs to hire more professional workers because she doesn’t like questions. i would like a manager to come and see how she responds to to people.
