I applied for a small vehicle loan after running the vin and having a sheriff look it over and run the vin for me before the purchase due to thinking the vehicle might of had a lein on it. The county clerk told me a sheriff could pull a more in depth report. It all came back good with no leins. I was approved for the loan but the vehicle had a fake title and I didn't know. I called a sheriff to look at the truck and it was Seized it and they told me I was a victim of over a 50 vehicle sting or indictment, I gave the paperwork to the bank but they just jacked my interest up through the roof rather than working something out with me like I wasn't going through enough already. Now I can't get approved for anything not even a personal loan to get another truck. I took my retirement and auto drafts and put into another bank. I'm so disappointed in how Im treated and the Predicament it put me in. I do miss using them tho. I even had a local car dealer run the vin to make sure there was no fishy stuff with it before the purchase. It all checked out. There was no way I could of known but they hold me accountable as if they didn't loan the money against the vin. I kept them informed through the process the best I could also but they were rude with me and said the loan is still my responsibility.

Don't go on the weekends, the old teller lady has a pompous attitude, and she tries to leave a bad taste in your mouth. She has no customer service skills and needs to remember that she is in the customer service industry.

This is always a nice experience to come to this branch. The service is quick and friendly. It is clean and pleasant to look at also. ALways help with any issue I may have.

Love this bank and I would highly suggest it for other military associated people in the area. The lines move quickly,they have a drive thru, and also 24/7 online services. The staff members are usually really nice and helpful, even the ones online. The arrangement leaves alot of open room, this is nice for privacy and personal space.

All Clarksville, TN and Oak Grove, KY branches are the bomb. Each branch have a friendly staff and they are very helpful. You can't go wrong with any branch. I could name gold stars but they all Gold in my book.

Do not bank with them they will rank your money twice, when you make a purchase it’ll take your money at that moment then it’ll take it again then they’ll tell you. “ oh it was a pending charge” but it still takes your money while it’s pending and take it again after it goes through Navy federal is a terrible bank

This is the only branch that the staff gives attitude or just doesn't seem to care. They don't even greet you, just ask what you are there for and don't even bother to say "Have a great day!" What happened to customer service? If I could give 0 stars I would! Such a shame.

I would not recommend this place to a dog. They do not keep their promises, limit to what you spend , you have to call them for a extended few days expense. I have pnc bank who has a 10,000 limit! The topper of it all, I needed an releaseof a lien to trade in to buy a car needed.In 7 months no one did their job, call etc. When I went to buy a car I found out they did nothing, Navy even said it was my job!! If I hadn't given to them they would increase my interest rate, the most crazy I've ever heard, covid is why they did nothing as usually they punish the customer by the interest rate. This bank never called, did anything but a copy of the title sent from the other bank I left, once again Navy Federal has not one copy. THERE WAS NO COVID SHUTDOWNS WHEN THIS HAPPENED!!I went on Saturday to buy a new car to start this horror story. I've called them at least 7 times, 2 conference call, not one knew in the lien department their job! It took the other bank I regret I left to tell me how uneducated the staff is since they lacked their rules to allow all to join, guess their work ethics went with it.I'm not just blaming it all on Oakgrove even though they screw up the first process, and their title department though their 99.9 to blame.When to get help:This bank routes their calls all over their Navy Federal Banks in the USA, each having different stories and hope.I blame the lack of caring for their job, lazy, lacking of skill set on this bank in me losing my car.It's sad when they blame it on covid when I refinanced the car before covid. I have two bank accounts I handed to my husband, won't do business, pulling out my money out of this bank.The staff they don't retain, as one employee told me she doesnt have a bank account with them, that's pretty sad. One thing that angered me the most, was to blame Covid on why they did not do their jobs. I lost a vehicle, probably will now take a good 3 months as I have to do all the leg work, paperwork, down to even the DMV to send off all this and wait. Heads up, this will be your job as they told me, or a long wait. Its sad when the bank blamed it on covid when we had no clue covid existed.If I never went to buy a car, I'd never would have known how bad they did me. I've been belittled, lied to, not one knew their job. Go to a bank who cares, does their job, not shady as they wereI so regret ?

I really enjoy this bank I have it through my husband as a spouse but they're really good with solving problems whenever I have an issue and the mobile banking app is simple quick and easy to use

Never had a problem with this branch itself but anytime I try and call miserable takes almost an hour every time and 15 minutes of automated bots that run you In circles never just let's me call my branch
