I had the pleasure of making a quick stop here for gas and miscellaneous items while driving in from VA. The owner and staff were so friendly and upbeat that you couldn’t help but smile. After all the terrible weather that devastated the area they still made me feel welcome and appreciated my business. God bless all those impacted by this tragedy and these people here.

Note: this is a Kentucky lottery gas station (Pick 3 and 4). Its spacious with snacks, trinkets, and a seating area. They also sell mini bongs, scratch offs, pipes, and other random items. They also have a nail shop within the store.

I feel very disappointment by the treatment I received at this business today. I purchased gas & the pump notified me that the clerk had my receipt. I went in to get my receipt & to purchase lottery tickets since I had to go in anyway. I stood in line. When it was my turn to go up to the clerk, a woman (I assume was the manager) told me to go to the other clerk & started talking to the employee about some business. While I waited in line for the clerk she told me to go to, a white man who came in the store after me, walked up to the clerk I was told couldn't help me and was served immediately. This was less than a minute after I was told to move to the other clerk who was still servicing another customer. The manager & clerk looked at me right away, so I asked why I couldn't be served. The manager apologized & gave me my receipt, but the damage was done. I changed my mind on doing any other business with them. I don't know if this is a habit on how they treat customer's of color, but I will NOT be going to tjis place of business ever again. I have to give this a rating, because Yelp won't allow me to proceed without one. It deserves a zero.
