“We had an accident while vacationing in KY. Our car was towed to Fast Lane in Olive Hill, KY. Tara and Chad were phenomenal to deal with from a distance. They fixed car within a reasonable amount of time and worked with us on logistics of coming back to KY (from Ga) to pick it up. We had an issue after we picked vehicle up and they made sure it was resolved for us with a local shop.Service: Auto body & trim repair”
“They fixed the issue with my daughter's car. They were very friendly. They are also much cheaper than other options nearby. The only reason I don't give them five stars is because they had us bring the car over on a Wednesday night so they could work on it on Thursday. Then it wasn't until Friday that they told us that when they started they realized they had ordered the wrong part. We had to wait for the right part to get there and then didn't get the car back until the next Tuesday. They should have at least checked to make sure the part was correct on Thursday even though they didn't get started on it. But I am very happy with the service there and would go to them again.”

Great prices with really great warranties if you need one with the parts you purchase! Always open and always answers the phone when you call if no answer when you call wait a few minutes and call back, trust me he is always there! Hopefully, you do not have any automotive problems pop up. Let's face it, we all do and he's there with any PART'S to help where possible!”
