Renae is a great asset to her employer. Was stranded due to a glitch at the pump. She was kind, patient and helpful. The situation was resolved and was able to be back on road. I hope her boss appreciates her, and can read this. Goodservice and a great set of problem solving skills. Stayed calm and didn't panic, which lowered the panic on this end of things.

No inside restroom. Nice staff.

They won't let you use the inside bathroom. There was no port a potty. No restroom services. I would skip Olive Hill all together. Both BP stations we stopped at would not let us use the inside bathrooms.

Always stop here on the way to Carter Caves. It's old and kinda run down.

Website indicated this station was open 24 hours. It was closed at 9pm on a Saturday night.

The bathrooms are closed, and the porta potties are in bad repair. I had to clean solid material off the seat before I could venture to sit. If you can drive to a different station/exit do so. The next exit east on 64 has at least one station with nicer staff, facilities, and better prices (saw a sign for ten cents cheaper per gallon the day I went by).

It's a rural gas station. Last stop on the way to Carter Caves.

This is a terrible place! Besides not having a bathroom, which seems to be a rather basic amenity for a gas station, there is a racist epitaph scrawled on the seat of one of the Porta potties. For god's sake if you are an African-American do not stop here for any reason. As a matter of fact, the place spooked me enough that although I love Carter Caves State Park, my husband and I skipped it on our way back through the area.
