I had a problem with an overpayment on my policy. Corporate could'nt resolve it, but my agent Kent Bannon went out of his way to get it resolved for me.My agent's service was way better and more responsive than the corporate people.Made me feel good that my agent took care of my issue.

Thanks to Kent we were able to save almost $1,300 by switching to Allstate for our home and auto policies. Not only did he save us money, but provided better coverage. He provided excellent customer service. In the age of robots and overseas customer service it was refreshing and a pleasure doing business with a human being located in the US.

Amazing service! Kent was a great guy to talked to. I came in to reduce a monthly payment of about $900 and he helped reduced it to about $400 a month! Not only that though, he made it possible to where it could be about $200 a month! I suggest Kent Banning if you want good, heck! If you want great customer service.

This place is the BEST. In personal service, and price. I searched and when i say searched for insurance i mean EVERYWHERE. This place? HANDS DOWN THE BEST. Call here first and you won't have to make another call. That's a promise.

Was not helpful at all with my claim. Left me to fight with Allstate on my own, when they were trying to wrongfully deny my claim. Also, several times ignored my e-mails. I do not recommend the Kent Banning agency or AllStates to anyone.

Extremely good service from these folks! Have both homeowners & auto and anytime I need to make a change, I call Brandy and she’s so great! Cost is minimal and I get the coverage that I need. I live nowhere near Owensboro and plan on staying with them for years just because of the customer service.

Seth goes out of his way to help you get the insurance you and not be overcharged. He takes his time to explain to you what you need to meet the requirements, but not try to have you purchase more than you need. Most insurance companies and agents will try to get you to purchase more than you really need, but not Seth. I highly recommend you speak with him before you purchase from another company or agent.

I received an offer in the mail and I thought why not try and see if I can get a lower rate than what I was currently paying. Kent answered after 1 ring and within a couple hours had me set up with better coverage than I had previously with another carrier for less money. He really went above and beyond to explain the in's and out's of insurance premiums and gave me tips to save even more money. I'm very happy I called.

All-State's programs are an excellent benefit. Cost of insurance is much less than the competition.
