SO SO HELPFUL. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!Came in with so much pain straight from community dental where they said they couldn’t pull my tooth or help me at all bc it would break or make it worse. however, thank god for aspen dentalAspen dental did everything same day! they saw how much pain i was in and got my tooth extracted (may i say FULLY intact) and the assistants even also played my favorite music during the procedure to help comfort me which is just so sweet and and above & beyond!i don’t review many places but they deserve it!!

This is the worst place to get ANY dental work done. Besides being way over priced they treat you like cattle instead of a human. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They act like they have to get you in and get you out because time is money. And when you have two teeth pulled and they tell you Tylenol will be my best friend there is an issue. I’m just glad I made my family doctor aware of all this because all Aspen gave me to go home with very little gauze. I WILL NOT go back to Aspen Dental nor will I recommend this place to ANYONE. Stay away from this place unless you like being treated like cattle on the way to the slaughter house.

I had a denture that broke and was able to have it repaired the next day and even two years later it was still under warranty and was free. The repair only took two hours which was so important to me!! Thanks to the staff for being knowledgeable and kind.

Great Customer Service with a personal touch added. The facility was amazingg with, the feeling ofcalmness when you walk through their doors. My bill was explained to me up front, with the insurance filed immediately.

This is by far the worst dental practice I have ever been to. Wait time on the phone is ridiculous. Billing took 1 year and 4 months to receive and then I was told I would have to come in the office to pay with my Care Credit Card. What is wrong with theCVV code. It works for every credit card I own.

Aspen employees are not coordinated with each other from dentist to hygienist to insurance workers.I went here for upper dentures, informing them that I could not pay for anything that my $4,000.00 medicare insurance would not cover and they agreed.First day, they took me back and did X-rays, but no hygienist. They were quick to put me on their program for dentures and partials. Coincidentally the amount came to $3900, but not much explaining .On second visit, they took teeth impressions.Dentist was friendly,but then at front desk, they asked for $500. for their top bright white enhanced dentures. When I told them that I could not pay, they informed me that insurance would only pay for their bottom of line classic dentures with only three off white colors.On third visit, a week later, friendly dentist continued with forming my dentures. However, I finally saw the hygienist who claimed that I had gingivitis and set me up for another "program". I went to front desk and said they needed $300. for treatment, since insurance would not pay except for deep cleaning. When I told them that I could not pay, they told me that I could not get the partials without it.So, I just cancelled everything. They make their programs and change it to get your money. They care more for that money than the care of their patients. Their program is their final solution, but they edit it along the way to get more money.BEWARE of their program, costs and unexplained details that they hide from you.Shelia

They canceled my appointment. I left 4 messages and confirmed every time they texted but since I didn't speak with a person it doesn't count. She apologized that they are short staffed and said she never got the voice mail. Set the appointment over a month ago and they send out the text but don't consider that a confirmation. Wouldn't even let me fill out the paperwork so it's already complete.

I have been going to Aspen Dental in Owensboro for about a year. The staff are exceptional. Everyone works to give 100% service to the patients. The office staff have a smile on their faces, greet people warmly and are probably the busiest people I know. I enjoy the dental hygienists, some are recent graduates, others have decades of experience. There is a freshness and a vitality of camaraderie among employees that buoys people's spirit. It is a place that excels in the best dental practices and methods. I attribute this to the excellent leadership of Dr. Whitney Deitz, DMD, owner, and my dentist. I am very pleased.
