Dakota, was very welcoming to me. He is also a great successful salesman, he sold me a new I phone, wall charger, wireless charger pad, screen saver, and case for my phone!! He took his time with me and explained everything about my new phone so I could understand how it works!
Thank you Dakota, for being so helpful. Dakota is definitely an asset to AT&T!

Dakota is super helpful and kind. Super professional. He is my go to guy for anything I need at AT&T. 1 million percent is the best dude ever and deserves a raise. There is not enough words to describe how kind and helpful he is!
JD & Jimmy are amazing! They had me sold on getting a new phone when I got there just to browse initially.
The whole store is full of really cool people!

The employee Jamarion M lied to us and told us we have to get insurance on our phone when we told him we didn’t want it and still gave it to us anyway so now we’ve had to call the corporate number to get it removed AND he didn’t even apply the credits for our phone so now my next bill we will have to make a payment on a phone that should have been free. Now we’re stuck with 4 phones we no longer need because he told us we couldn’t turn them in at the store.

I had an amazing experience with AT&T! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Dakota was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and reliability. Will definitely be coming back!

Zech was wonderful!! Being that i am nowhere near tech savvy, he jumped right in to help. He had a very pleasant disposition and very welcoming as soon as we walked into the store. He took care of what we were in the store for. He answered all our questions and informed us about promotions that were going on. Best experience I've ever had with an AT&T store!

Dakota was so helpful and amazing helping me and my parents pick out new phones today! The servers went down and we were stuck at the beginning but he kept it calm, simple, easy and worth sitting there waiting for the servers to be fixed!
