“I have had some bad luck with tires of late. My truck is a 2003 and finding tires isn't easy. However, I happened to find a local tire store that is kinda off the beaten path, but MAN am I glad I found Best One Tire & Service. Now, mind you, this is my first purchase with them, but it could NOT have been a better experience! I called about a replacement single tire purchase from Joe. I later talked to Sarah as well - both had amazing patience as I had several questions. I have purchased all my tires and sensors from them (and the previous owner), and have never had a problem. Free rotation. And even so kind to remove a big plastic bag which was hooked under my car. Highly recommended.”

“I had a rattle in my exhaust system and could not figure out where it was. I stopped in and the guys jumped on it and found the exhaust tip was actually pushing against the hitch frame. They cut the hanger and rewelded a new one and put a gap between the tip and the hitch. Didn’t charge me a dime either. First time I have dealt with the new owner and staff and overall I was very pleased with their work and attitude. Highly recommend them for all your exhaust and brake needs!”

“Best in the business! Trustworthy*** I went in for an alignment on my 2010 Ram 2500. I installed 35” Nitto tires so I upgraded most of the suspension and all of the steering components with top of the line aftermarket parts. This would’ve been the fifth front end alignment this year that I paid for, but as it turns out this place of business is honest and within 15 minutes, they came into the waiting room and told me that all they can adjust was the tow in because the camber adjustment bolts was seized up And it was obvious they haven’t been freed up in a long time so the other four alignments that I paid for all they adjusted was the tow in and that’s why my truck is driving so bad. The ball joints I installed require specific alignment specs different from factory ball joints. I gave these specs to the other alignment shop both times they align it in the same with the other alignment shops two different ones just things I did when I went to Goodyear, but none of the other ones told me that the bolt was seized up and they wouldn’t be able to reach that Degree of camber. The guy at Goodyear told me about the seized up adjustment and also said there will be no charge for what they did today I would’ve never known that my alignment was causing the issue. There’s only one more part that can be replaced in the whole suspension and steering components all the others are replaced because it wasn’t driving right And now it makes sense because it was the alignment. I wish there were more places like Goodyear around here because the other ones give all the mechanics, a bad name.”

I know this place is used to larger projects but Brian took the time to look at what I wanted to do and provide some very accurate insight as to the several options that made the best sense. He could have easily just sent me away with a comment like, "that's not what we specialize in" or some other non-commital excuse.....but he treated me with the same amount of serious interest as if I had come in to request a much larger and more expensive project. “I was in need of some new tires I called on a Friday they ordered them and they were there on Monday and installed for very cheap but great tires. While I was having my tires installed the gentleman working on my vehicle notice my brakes needed changed. He let me know and ask if I wanted them changed. He changed my brakes immediately and I was on my way. This place is run by an amazing family that actually cares about you and your vehicles. Highly recommended”
