“I have great respect for its employees. A car crash left me in forbearance, but they worked with me, could've just as easily foreclosed, but they did not. No late payment in 5 years is my thanks. My only fuss is how their checks and balances work. I always thought if you deposited to cover what would be insufficient funds before bank closure the same day, that you would not be hit with a NSF. It just looks odd to see an $36 NSF fee taken from a balance in excess of $1400. So-called FinTech companies have eroded this simple system.”
“I LOVE THE STAFF HERE !!!!!! , n this is the best bank I have ever had . There is a lady name Kelsey n a guy name Colby that works here that knows me n my dog really good they always call me n my dog by ours names when we pull up to the window or when I bring him inside. They give him a treat everytime i go there to deposit my check every 2 weeks ❤️❤️❤️❤️ they love my dog his name is Chico.”
