5 Stars – Outstanding Service for an Out-of-Towner
I can't thank the team at Bowen Tire enough. I was traveling through the area when I blew a tire—completely stranded and unfamiliar with the town. From the moment I called, their staff was friendly, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. They got me in right away, replaced the tire fast, and had me safely back on the road in no time. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend Bowen Tire to anyone in need—especially if you're not from around here. They treat you like one of their own.

I understand why they no longer have 2 locations. This one will be shutting down soon I'm sure. 7 hours and did nothing, couldn't even call to let me know they did nothing.

Had to leakey tire I thought was going to need to be replaced. Turned out, it was just the valve stem! Saved a lot of money thanks to Bowen.

I bought a set of 4 tires midd January for almost a thousand dollars and today I had a tire with a cut and cracked thinking that they were going to replace it but I had to pay full price, what's the point of buying TIRE ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION. I will never burchase again from them plus i was there waitting over 1 hour

Absolutely pitiful customer service. My wife got a nail in her 2020 Explorer's tire so I took the wheel in for a simple patch. They damaged the black powdercoat significantly with scratches down to bare metal on the outside of the wheel when breaking the bead. When made aware of the issue, they first claimed that they were not responsible for any damage to the wheel. They then said we were being too picky to notice the damage. They eventually refunded the cost of the patch, but now I will have to fix the wheel damage on my own time and cost.

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. They lie straight to your face. They say they'll get to your vehicle in 2 hours and you will watch 3 hours pass by and they won't have the time of day for you or your vehicle.
