I’m giving a 5-star review for a very real reason.
I’m one of those people who hates paying for insurance. I cringe every time I see my health, auto, home, business, umbrella, and life premiums drain my checking account. I’ve also seen my fair share of situations—personally and professionally—where insurance did not pay out in ways that felt fair or reasonable.
That’s why my experience with Branden, Beth, and Clayton specifically—and the Branden Haines State Farm team as a whole—has stood out. They’ve been nothing but fantastic to work with, especially after the year we’ve had with hail damage and a car accident.
Any time I had a question or needed clarification, they responded quickly, walked me through the details, and never once made it feel like I was an inconvenience. That alone is rare these days.
I’m leaving this 5-star review because they honestly deserve more than 5 stars. Quite frankly, they deserve your premiums.
Coming from the guy who cringes every time he pays them…
I’m grateful. This group has not disappointed in the least.

Can’t say enough about the professionalism I’ve dealt with at Brandon’s office. From Beth to the front desk I’ve never had a worry I wouldn’t be taken care off. Even when a little grump because of a claim issue on a totaled car, the team worked hard to get me what was owed. Thank you Team BH! Best team to deal with in my 26 years with them.

Absolutely love everyone at Branden's office! Levi was nice and professional helping me get homeowners insurance for my first home.
