This store has some good stuff and do not so great stuff. Parts of the merchandise is well organized, some is sloppily organized and poorly displayed.

They need more cashiers. Waited to check out longer than I shopped and I can shop! They do have some decent prices on some things. At least the cashier was pleasant.

The store was clean and organized. The prices decent. The staff was not Friendly at all. I'm a former manager of a Burlington store and I was not impressed by the cashier.

Brandy is such an amazing associate at this store! She is so personable and wonderful! She's very professional and will help you with whatever you need. The ladies on with her were sweet as well.

Burlington is hit or miss. When they first opened in Owensboro they seemed to get better merchandise, but now you really are lucky if you find anything name brand or designer except for in the men’s department or some socks. Also there is an older gentleman that has worked there for quite some time, and he can be incredibly rude and off putting. He could really work on his customer service skills if he is going to work in a retail business. Hopefully they will get a better selection at this location sometime soon.
