“Such a pleasant experience dealing with the in-house gals where I picked up my vehicle in Owensboro, KY.
My drop off experience was just as good, as when I arrived, I badly needed to use the restroom. I had 4 pieces of luggage (2 of which were large & heavy) and there was no way I could’ve made it to the restroom in time. I was told I could drive my car up to the very front, leave it parked right near the restrooms and then deal with my luggage afterwards. I then was helped by a very nice young man from enterprise. Once I got back to my car with a luggage cart, he insisted on loading my very oversized load and handled the return of my car. I was on my way with a smile.
You guys are doing a lot right in allowing your employees to go out of their way with excellent customer service. Thank you very much for all of the above.
